Brielle Rolled Over
I was so excited yesterday as I watched my precious 4month old roll over. And this time her poor arm that always gets stuck under her DIDN'T! She has been a little behind on things since she was premature but I'm so glad this hurtle is behind us. SO YAY! she did it!

Trip to Utah
In the first part of June my brother Scott, and his family came to Utah for a week. They live in Alabama where my brother works for the military. I haven't seen them in 3 years. This was the first time they have seen my children. It was really fun and really neat to spend some time with them. During the trip we took Madelyn and Brielle to Temple Square. They had never been there.
This is Maddi standing in front of the Christus in the visitors center. She was a little confused when the message came on, she thought that Christ was talking to her. It was really cute. She loved all the pictures and the flowers there. She called the Salt Lake Temple a Castle where princesses get married. It was really cute.
Then the Saturday that we left, we took the girls to the Dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point. It was really neat to see the dinosaur bones and all the things there. They had a tunnel that was black and had stars in it. Both of the girls loved it! They also had a place where kids can dig for dinosaurs in the sand. It was super kid friendly and we had a blast.

Brielle's Blessing

We blessed Brielle yesterday April 25th, at Sue and Grover's home. It was a wonderful, spiritual gathering of close friends and family. I was thrilled to hear the blessings promised to my little girl. She is a beautiful daughter of God. Thank you to all who came and shared this wonderful event with us.

It goes so fast
It still seems like yesterday that we were holding Brielle in the hospital for the first time. Now over a month has passed and I ask where has it gone? I forget how fast they grow and how they change so fast. Brielle is now 7 lbs 13 oz and growing strong. She is more alert and aware and doing more things every day. This last month has been very eventful. Tanner, Tyler's brother, came home from his mission the end of February. We had problems in our house when the furnace when bump in the night and our house was filled with smoke. So we lived with Grover and Sue for two weeks. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned and finally we were back in our house. Then we all got sick. How fun is that? Maddi had a rash all over her body, even in her mouth, and had a high fever. The baby had a fever, and I got the flu. So it has been an eventful month. I have learned to just enjoy my baby instead of worry so much, so at least life is a little more enjoyable!

Brielle Madge Wray

Brielle was born on Feb 13th, 2010 in Idaho Falls. She was four weeks early and weighed 5 lbs and 15 oz. The umbilical cord was wrapped around her neck super tight and they had to cut it off before she was delivered. So she was without oxygen for a short amount of time. After she was delivered they took her to the NICU and put her on oxygen for a few hours but then they brought her to us and she has done fine ever since. She was on the bili light for one week but seems to be doing well. She is absolutely sweet and a wonderful baby. She looks so much like her older sister it is crazy. I love her to death and Maddi can't kiss her enough. We are so happy to have her in our arms!

A Day at the Hospital

So on the 13th we took Madelyn to Madison Memorial Hospital to have her tubes replaced and her adenoids out. I know it was a very routine procedure but I think I had more trauma than she did. To keep her entertained before surgery we pulled her around in some of the wagons at the hospital. She did well and the surgery was very successful. I have my baby girl back! She is actually sleeping now and is in a much better mood these days.

Grandma Wray's 76th Surprise Party
Merry Christmas!
Christmas morning was wonderful. It was our first Christmas with Maddi at home and she was so excited. She woke up and said "Santa! Presents!" She couldn't wait to open them. She had a hard time staying focused on opening presents but it was fun to watch her. Well, the ditzy pregnant woman I am, took all the pictures on Christmas morning without a memory card in the camera. So I apologize that there are no pictures, but luckily there was some video for some memories. After a wonderful Christmas morning at our house, we headed over to Tyler's parents house to share some presents with them. Grandma Wray was there along with Grandma and Grandpa Jones. Then we had a big breakfast and just sat and had fun the rest of the day.
Christmas Eve
On Christmas Eve we went over to Grover and Sue's house. We had a nice dinner, talked to Uncle Tanner in Mexico, and then opened some presents. Maddi was so excited to open presents. We all got either slippers or pajamas. Maddi got a Dora camera. She had to take everyone's picture with it. After presents we went in and started to play some games. Then we heard paper ripping. Yes, Maddi was in opening the rest of the presents under the tree. It was so cute!
