Stake Pioneer Day Celebration

So after Tyler got sworn in with the city we ran over to Cordon Park to the Stake Pioneer Day Celebration.  We ate and then went around to the booths.  We went and had a snow cone and then Brielle wanted to ride the train.  Madelyn did NOT want to ride.  But, being the mean mom I am, I made Madelyn ride with Brielle and she cried the WHOLE ride.    But on the brighter side Brielle thinks I'm the best mom ever!

Sworn in!

On July 25, 2013  Tyler was sworn in as a Police Officer for the Rigby City Police Department Reserves.  I am so proud of him and how much work he put into it.  It was months and months of training and certifying.

So a few days we had McKoy come over and play while his Mamma was at work. Here are a few pics of all the kids playing together.  Even though McKoy is so much bigger than Kody, Kody seems to beat up on him a little.  

The deer

So a few weeks ago Blaine went out and there was a baby deer that had been abandoned by its mother.  So they took it in and bottle fed it and now it has just stayed over at Grandma and Grandpa Jones's house in the potato cellar.  We went over one day and there she was just a running around the yard.  Kody could go right up to her and it didn't bother her at all.  

Just keep swimming!

This summer Madelyn took her first session of swimming lessons up in Rexburg.  She loved it, and she was very good.
